Nancy and I enjoyed working with Zach and his team on our new house.  We moved from Byron Minnesota and didn’t know who to contact for a builder.  A Hull church friend suggested Zach, so we gave him a call.  He was very helpful with ideas for the lot and the house plans.  We liked the house we had built in Minnesota and wanted something similar.  Zach was able to print plans quickly that we could review and make changes to them.  He was easy to work with.  I am a bit indecisive, so it was nice to hear Zach’s ideas.  He had a great team of hard-working employees that enjoyed their work and did a great job.  We are very happy with our new house.  I’d highly recommend Zach and his team.
